What moves it is how much of the archive you need and how hard your obligations are: the breadth of the domain list, whether you want bulk export or only query access, how much history you need held on your behalf, whether expert-witness time is in scope, and what your DPA and security review require of us. Annual, invoiced, and we will tell you if a subscription on the pricing page would do the same job for less.
